This regional seminar, organised in co-operation with the PACE Committee on Rules of Procedure, will take place in Istanbul, on the theme: "Elected bodies: transparency of functioning and accountability". The meeting is hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and in addition to national parliaments from the region the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkish speaking countries will also participate.
