A 10-member PACE delegation, led by Reha Denemeç (Turkey, EC), will travel to Belarus to observe the conduct of the presidential election on 11 October 2015, alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
A joint press conference is scheduled on Monday 12 October at the Renaissance Hotel in Minsk (time to be confirmed).
