The committee will organise a hearing on parliamentary immunity – challenges to the scope of the privileges and immunities enjoyed by PACE members – with the participation of a member of the Venice Commission and Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova. It is also due to adopt a report on the introduction of sanctions against parliamentarians.
