The Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights will consider reports on “Securing access of detainees to lawyers” and “Human Rights compatibility of investor-State arbitration in international investment protection agreements” and will adopt draft resolutions. In addition, the committee will organise hearings on “Abusive use of the Interpol system: the need for more stringent legal safeguards” and “Jurisdictional immunity of international organisations and rights of their staff”.
