The PACE Network of Contact parliamentarians to stop sexual violence against children will hold its 27th and final meeting on 1 December. The meeting will mark the achievements of the Network and provide a road map for further action in upcoming years. It will also aim to promote Council of Europe standards and activities in this field, with a special focus on protecting children in the digital environment. The Committee on Social Affairs will hold beforehand, on 30 November, a meeting during which members will discuss child protection, social and economic rights such as collective labour rights as protected by the European Social Charter or the rights of the elderly, as well as public health issues.
