Pedro Agramunt will participate in the 44^th Plenary Session of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS) in Saint Petersburg. On this occasion, he will hold several bilateral meetings, in particular with the Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Sergey Naryshkin, the Speaker of Russia's Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, and with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Ilkka Kanerva.
