A five-member PACE delegation, led by Gisela Wurm (Austria, SOC), will carry out a pre-electoral mission to Belarus on 9-10 August, to assess the election campaign and political climate prior to the parliamentary elections on 11 September. The delegation will issue a statement at the end of the visit.
