A 17-member PACE delegation, led by Stefan Schennach (Austria, SOC), will travel to “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” to observe the conduct of the early parliamentary elections on 11 December, alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the European Parliament and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
A joint press conference is scheduled on Monday 12 December at  2.30 pm in Ballroom 1 of the Skopje Marriott Hotel, Plostad Makedonija 7, Skopje.
