The debate on the mass arrival of mixed migratory flows in Italian coastal areas will be the focus of the meeting. After the opening by PACE President and the President of the Austrian National Council, members will hold an exchange of views with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Austria and Chairperson of the CoE Committee of Ministers.This will be followed by debates on the presidential elections in Azerbaijan and Georgia, stalking and violence against women in Europe, trafficking of drugs from Afghanistan, and the draft convention of the ‘47' against trafficking in human organs.
