A 25-member PACE delegation, led by Jean-Claude Mignon (France, EPP/CD), will travel to the Republic of Moldova to observe the conduct of the parliamentary elections on 30 November, alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the European Parliament, and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
