A seminar for staff of national parliaments, aimed at improving their knowledge of the European Convention on Human Rights, in particular regarding the execution of judgments of the Court, will be held in Strasbourg. Similar seminars, also in co-operation with the PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, were held in September 2013 and January 2014 in Strasbourg.
