After an address by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, the members of the committee will have an exchange of views on recent developments in the Armenian legal system. The committee is due to adopt the report by Kimmo Sasi on “Judicial Corruption: urgent need to implement the Assembly’s proposals”. The agenda also include different hearings on the abusive use of the Interpol system, strengthening the rule of law in South-East European countries, and on human rights in the North Caucasus.
