The committee is due to adopt the report by Jordi Xuclà (Spain, ALDE) on post-monitoring dialogue with Monaco. It will also consider the draft constitution of an Ad hoc sub-committee on “frozen conflicts” and an information note by the co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Georgia on their fact-finding visit to the country (3-5 December 2014).
