The Committee is due to adopt reports on “Equality and non-discrimination in the access to justice” and on “Discrimination against transgender persons in Europe”. It will also organise a hearing on shared parenting and custody of children after a separation, and an exchange of views on the impact of measures to improve women’s political representation.
