The committee is due to adopt reports on “Human rights and ethical issues related to surrogacy” and on “Inhabitants of frontier regions of Azerbaijan are deliberately deprived of water” –an exchange of views will be held on this issue, with an expert in water resources, hydrology and hydraulic engineering from Exeter University.
