The committee will organise a hearing on “Parliamentary scrutiny over corruption: parliamentary co-operation with investigative media”. The agenda also include exchanges of views on intellectual property rights in the digital era, and on freedom of speech on the internet. The committee is due to adopt reports on “Towards a framework of competences for democratic citizenship”, “Access to school and education for all children”, and “The libraries and museums of Europe in times of change”. It will designate the winner of the 2016 Council of Europe Museum Prize.
