On the occasion of the Human Rights Day 2014, the PACE Sub-Committee  will hold an exchange of views with representatives of civil society. Participants will include, in particular, representatives of Amnesty International, the Norwegian Helsinki Committee, and of the International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH).
