The Assembly,
Having regard to Resolution 11 (1952) in which the view was expressed that steps should be taken towards the creation of a European Civil Service;
Considering that the Committee of Ministers is engaged on a preliminary study of this question and that a working party is being set up to find out whether the creation of a European Civil Service is possible at this stage;
Considering that this is a question which is of particular interest to the Assembly,
Instructs the Committee on Legal and Administrative Questions to follow developments in connection with this question and to make such proposals as it may deem appropriate to the Assembly in due course.
