The elections in Serbia are over. We all know the results: nearly 6000 observers were hosted in the Republic of Serbia, but not in Kosovo and Metohija. That was not the problem, and no one seems to be occupied with that fact... 25/01/2023 | 20:09:04 Undelivered speech, Rules of Procedure Art. 31.2 The Dialogue on Kosovo and Metohija was relocated in 2010 from the United Nations that according to the UN SC Resolution 1244 had the primary obligation and responsibility to establish and preserve peace and stability and ensure normalisation of relations.
