25/01/2023 | 16:31:20 Thank you very much, Madam speaker, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to begin my speech by saying that the Republic of Kosovo stands firmly and is fully committed to the values and principles of the Council of Europe. We have incorporated – although we are not a member – all the human rights chapter of the Council of Europe within our constitution and our legislation. And we are waiting to be the 47th member so that our citizens are eligible to reach to the Human Rights Court in Strasbourg...
