whether it is in a position to inform the Assembly of any action taken pursuant to Resolution 134 (1957) regarding the control of exports of live horses and cattle for slaughter.
Resolution 134 was referred by the Committee of Ministers, to the Governments with a favorable opinion, in December 1957. It expressed the wish that the Governments and legislative bodies of Member States should forthwith vote a law establishing an efficient control over exports of livestock and horses for slaughter and t h a t they should ensure the implementation of such a Jaw.
