In the draft resolution, paragraph 15.6, replace the words "and the return of confiscated property" with the following words:

"and investigations into confiscated property claims".

Explanatory note

This amendment corrects a factual mistake as there is no concrete evidence for confiscation of property owned by the Alevi community.
