Considering that the constant and increasing influx of persons escaping from the Soviet Zone of Germany into West Berlin is a problem of major European importance,
Instructs its Committee on Population and Refugees to investigate on the spot the causes and effects of this problem and to report back to the Assembly at its next Session.
