Considering that problems arose at the start of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe’s 4th part-session concerning the addition or withdrawal of signatures to motions already tabled and published as Assembly documents, and that the Assembly rules are silent on this issue, the Assembly invites the Bureau to instruct the competent committee to draw up a report clarifying this issue and to make recommendations for a possible change of rules.
