Concerning the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights against Bulgaria in relation to excessive use of force by the police, what are the measures taken by the Bulgarian authorities to bring its regulations on the use of firearms by the police in compliance with the requirements of the European Convention on Human Rights?
