The Assembly,
1. Having regard to the report of its Committee on Culture and Education on "Youth problems in Europe" (
Doc. 2610) and the European study entitled "145 documents on youth" carried out by Mr. Marcel Hicter, consulting expert;
2. Considering the importance of having these works published and circulated in a suitable form,
3. Instructs the Secretary General to take all appropriate action to ensure the publication of the report on youth problems and the above-mentioned study.
