1. Having examined the report of its Legal Affairs Committee on ratification of Council of Europe conventions and agreements (Doc. 4359),

2. Instructs its Committee on Parliamentary and Public Relations to examine that report and, in conjunction with the Legal Affairs Committee or any other committee concerned, to take such steps as are within its power to speed up the deposit by member states of further ratifications of Council of Europe conventions.
