1. Considers that, in the strictly economic field, the
committee on Economic Questions has achieved a satisfactory method
of establishing all necessary links between the various international
or European institutions and the Consultative Assembly;
2. Trusts that this procedure may pave the way for the establishment
in the future of relations in all fields and at all levels between
the High Authority and the Council of Europe.
