Regarding the name of the Cultural Committee

Having regard to Article 3 of the Statute of the Council of Europe;

Having regard to Resolution 196 ;

Wishing to emphasise its growing concern with problems of European cooperation in the field of scientific research,

Decides to alter the present title of its Cultural Committee and to restore the name by which it was known prior to the changes that took place as a result of Resolution 105 (1956), namely : "Cultural and Scientific Committee".
