The Assembly, referring to its Recommendation 1438 (2000) on the threat posed to democracy by extremist parties and movements in Europe, instructs its Political Affairs Committee to follow very closely developments related to the activities of these parties and movements, and to report back to it at least every two years, taking into account work being carried out by the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI).
