In the draft resolution, paragraph 8.10, replace the word "conflict" with the following word:

"occupied".

Explanatory note

The territories refered to are occupied territories. The amended wording is already well established in the international community, including the Assembly. Not using the word "occupy" would imply a change in the Assembly's attitude.
