In the draft resolution, paragraph 2, delete the words "radical Islamist".

Explanatory note

Al-Qaida is well known terrorist organization. Islam, on the other hand, is a religion of peace. Consequently, Al-Qaida's methods are not approved by the mainstream Muslims. The Council of Europe Resolutions should not associate terrorist organizations with Islam.
