In the draft recommendation, paragraph 4.6, after the words "by young people", insert the following words:

", with a particular focus on youth unemployment and entrepreneurial education,"

Explanatory note

In our view, such wording will emphasize the acute problem of unemployment among youth and the necessity to promote entrepreneurial education.
