To ask the Committee of Ministers:

Can the Committee of Ministers confirm that Article 8 on right to respect for private and family life of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms can be interpreted so that a person with a permanent residence status who has committed a serious crime can be expelled?
