In the draft resolution, paragraph 14, replace the words from "for now resolves" in the first sentence to the end of paragraph 16 with the following words:

"resolves not to ratify the credentials of the Russian delegation and stays ready to re-examine this issue at its June part-session provided that the minimal conditions listed in Article 7 of this resolution are met."
