In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 8.3, insert the following sentence:

“Also, US drone strikes facilitated by transmission cooperation on the territory of member States must be investigated by the member States themselves, so as to ensure compliance with article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights;"
