Explanatory note
Paragraphs 6 and 7 are not a faithful reflection of paragraphs 13, 14 and 15 of Security Council Resolution 2218/2015[ii] and take a selective approach to them whereas paragraph 11 of Resolution 1942/2013, adopted unanimously by the PACE, is in line with the UN resolutions.
