In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 3, insert the following sentence:

"However, restrictive measures imposed on members of national parliaments who violate the national legislation of member States of the Council of Europe are exceptional measures aimed at preventing clear instances of damage to national interests, such as breaches of territorial integrity and sovereignty."
