In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 13, insert the following sentences:
"The Assembly also expresses deep concern over the death of four civilians (Hüseyin Paksoy (16 years old), Serhat Altun, Cihan Karaman and Orhan Tunç) seriously wounded during the curfew in Cizre. Defying interim measures by the European Court of Human Rights, the Turkish government denied these civilians access to medical aid. The Assembly notes that Ramazan Demir, the lawyer who appealed to the ECHR for interim measures to transfer these and many other wounded civilians to hospitals, was arrested on 4 June 2016."
