The Bureau considered and approved the following references
to committees:

minimal standards for electoral systems in order to offer the basis
for free and fair elections: reference

on Legal Affairs and Human Rights and to the Committee on Rules
of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs for opinion;

the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional
Affairs
On the basis of a proposal by the EPP/CD Group, the Bureau
nominated Mr Yves Pozzo di Borgo (France).
On the basis of a proposal by the SOC Group, the Bureau nominated
Ms Petra De Sutter (Belgium).
The Assembly is invited to ratify
these Bureau decisions.
