In the draft resolution, paragraph 34, replace the second sentence with the following sentence:

"The Assembly decides to consider at the April 2018 part-session steps taken by Turkey in the light of the recommendations set out in this resolution with a view to reconsidering possible actions, including re-opening the monitoring procedure."
