In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 16 with the following paragraph:

"Therefore the Assembly, as part of the preparatory work for the Summit, resolves to initiate cooperation within existing procedures governing the participation and representation of member States in both statutory organs, while fully respecting the latters' autonomy. This coordination should strengthen both the sense of being part of a community and the obligations incumbent upon every member State.".
