In amendment 3, after the words “paragraph 4” delete the words “delete the last sentence” and insert the following words:
“replace the last sentence with the following sentence:
“There is currently a prohibition on interventions aimed at modifying the germline in human beings in all European Union and many Council of Europe member States.”
