In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 4, add the following sentence:

"At the same time, the Assembly welcomes the long-awaited exchange of captured persons between Kyiv and Russia-led forces in December 2017 and encourages all sides to continue the negotiation process with a view to enabling all captives to return to their homes in a short while."
