In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, after the first sentence, insert the following sentence:

"The recent prisoner exchange involving about 300 individuals in accordance with the Minsk Agreements is a step in the right direction.".

Explanatory note

This recent exchange should be encouraged, as it is a positive development.
