In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6.9, insert the following words:

"the balanced composition of the Central Election Committee according to the recommendations of the Council of Europe (with the necessary representation in the Central Election Committee of all parliamentary political factions), as a necessary safeguard for fair, free and transparent national elections;".
