In the draft resolution, at the beginning of paragraph 13.4, insert the words "continue to".

Explanatory note

Turkey currently provides free access to health and education services for all Syrians. All vulnerable groups of refugees, including but not limited to unaccompanied minors, are taken into account during the provision of public services.
