In the draft resolution, paragraph 12.11, after the word "Agreement" insert the following words: "continue to".

Explanatory note

It should be noted that Turkey offers effective asylum procedures to refugees and they enjoy all rights under the Geneva Convention. Furthermore, this Agreement should be implemented in full respect by the EU side as well. Turkey is already fulfilling its commitments.
