In the draft resolution, after paragraph 10, insert the following paragraph:
"With regard to the list of members’ rights of representation and participation in the activities of the Assembly and its bodies that may be suspended or deprived in the context of a challenge to or reconsideration of credentials, the Assembly considers that it would be inappropriate to include in the Rules themselves such a catalogue of measures which, in any case, could not in any way be exhaustive."
