In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 2, insert the following sentences:

"Any changes to its practices and adjustments of rules were a revision of its machinery and procedures to prove indispensable, shall not cause harm to the effective guarantee of the principles and values that are the "common heritage of the peoples" of Europe and resolute support of the Council of Europe's fundamental values of democracy, the rule of law and human rights".
